Our Customer Appreciation Theme for 2021 is ‘Simple Steps to Excellent Customer Service”. We chose to recognise and raise awareness of the importance of having good customer service in an organization and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the TT economy. Throughout the week, we had a series of themes that were sent to our customers reminding them of how we treat with ensuring that we provide excellent customer service on a 24/7 basis to our local and regional customers.
