G90
GAMA's ink temperature system employs a temperature sensor and electronic control for accurate measurement and operation. It is applicable in various processes, including Rotogravure, Flexography, Lamination, Reprint, Varnish, Bi-Components Varnish, and Glue applications. GAMA's G90 ink temperature control system uses plate or tube heat exchangers, pneumatic valves, and management software. It incorporates a temperature sensor for precise measurement and automatic adjustment of coolant flow. The system maintains a stable ink temperature during printing, considering factors like the operator's calibration and the environment where the printing machine is placed.
